1. Open Canva in your web browser and log in to your account (or create one if you don’t have one already).
2. Click on the “Create a design” button located on the top left corner of the page.
3. Select the type of design that you want to create, or choose a custom size.
4. Click on the “Uploads” tab in the left panel and select the image that you want to remove the background from. The image will appear on your canvas.
5. Click on the image to select it, and then click on the “Effects” button located on the top right corner of the page.
6. Scroll down to find the “Background Remover” option and click on it.
7. Wait for Canva to process the image and remove the background. You can adjust the settings using the sliders on the right-hand side of the page to refine the background removal process.
8. Click on “Download” on the top right corner of the page to download the image with the background removed.

Alternatively, you can also use the “Transparent background” option to remove the background of an image in Canva:

1. Upload the image that you want to remove the background from to Canva.
2. Click on the image to select it, and then click on the “Effects” button located on the top right corner of the page.
3. Scroll down to find the “Transparent background” option and click on it.
4. Canva will remove the background from the image and replace it with a checkered transparent background.
5. Click on “Download” on the top right corner of the page to download the image with the transparent background.
