How To Create An Audience Based On People Like Those Who Visit Your Competitors Websites (Or Apps) On Google Ads
- Log in to your Google Ads account and select the campaign you want to add the audience to.
- Click on the “Tools & Settings” icon in the top right corner of the screen and select “Audience Manager” from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “Create audience” button and select “Website visitors” from the options.
- Select “People who visited specific pages” from the list of options and enter the URLs of your competitor’s website or app that you want to target.
- Choose the time frame for the audience, such as the last 30 days or 60 days, based on your advertising goals.
- Name your audience and set the membership duration, which is how long visitors will remain in the audience once they meet the criteria.
- Click on “Create audience” to save your new audience.
- Once your audience is created, you can use it in your Google Ads campaigns by adding it to your targeting settings.
- To do this, go to the “Settings” tab in your campaign, scroll down to the “Targeting” section, and click on “Add targeting.”
- Select “Interests & remarketing” from the options and choose the audience you created in the previous steps.
- Save your targeting settings and launch your campaign.
